This high buzz event features oyster culinary delights diligently prepared by Chefs from local restaurants, sampling of exceptional regional wines, enjoy fabulous music, and partake in the renowned Slurping contest. Each year about 4,000 oysters were consumed during the evening. www.oystergala.com
